This flooring and railing were constructed using the clients own lumber which had been milled on site, and then finish milled to his specifications at my shop, and is intended for a guest cabin with a rustic decor. Wood Flooring is tongue and groove, 3/4” spalted pine; and in order to duplicate a “barn floor”” style, the widths range from 11” wide to 6”, and lengths average 8-10 feet in length, and are edge nailed and fastened with screws and  walnut plugs. The hand railing for the loft and stairway are also spalted pine and black acacia (similar to koa), which was also rough milled by the client. When completed, the cabinets will be in pine, black acacia, and  black walnut. Bathroom will be paneled in cypress. Better pics to come .
